Contact information MUST be kept on all clients and staff for contact tracing purposes, including name, address, email and phone number for a period of at least 28 days. If requested, this information must be provided to public health officers. The information must be securely stored at all times. It cannot be deleted for at least 28 days, after which time is can be deleted.
